Seriously ! Is English Language Becoming Barrier In Getting The Job ?

If English is only a Criteria for Students of getting the Job then don't you think so ....that Students should get training accordingly during their Studies ( Schools/ Colleges).

After completing higher studies; Employers are Judging Candidates on the basis of their English Communication Skills. Seriously ?

If the person is very good on all the sides ( Technical Knowledge - Required For the particular Job, Skill sets & the most important thing he or she is willing to articulate & express what he or she exactly wants to say) then the question arise here is why we are not considering the candidate only because of his or her English Language?
Only Just because English is considered as an Global Language.
Then where are we going & what about our National Language ??
Language should not be a barrier for anyone in getting the Job. One Should be able to convey the message properly; Language is a secondary as per my point of view.
It's totally unfair to Judge students only because of their Language & accent at the time of Interview.

What Corrective Measures We Should Take -

  • Preference should be given to knowledge; if someone has good Knowledge but they can't speak English doesn't mean the person is not intelligent or not capable. Language is only a communication mode.
  • Teachers play an important impact on Student's overall improvement & skill development but unfortunately in our country Teachers in schools & colleges get very less payment So why a fully skilled person Will choose a profile of a Teacher.
English is considered as a Global Language now a days that's why people in schools are more focusing on English but it doesn't mean other Languages are of less importance. We should give equal importance to our National Language as well.
