The first aspect you do in the morning earlier than you leave for work is charging your Mobile isn’t it? We are so worried about our smartphone being charged so that we don’t face any inconvenience.



Most of us carry our chargers alongside in our bag too and have a transportable energy bank as well. Oh so fortunate are our phones. And when we see battery in red we see to it that we right away plug in our chargers.

But think about you cared similarly for yourself. What if you saw your battery in red and charged yourself. The reds in your very own battery are the times you feel tired, drained, bored, breathless, upset, angry emotional etc. Those are symptoms that something is no longer very right.
